Chef Jimmy conducts fruit & vegetable carving training classes at the Oakland Asian Cultural Center, at some selected local hotels, and at his home studio.
His training programs are designed to suit all students' skill levels, from beginning to advance.
Level 1 course covers basic techniques for carving flowers and watermelon.
Level 2 course covers basic techniques for sculpting objects and animals.
